Article 1: Purpose
These general terms and conditions govern sales made via the online store www.factorybikedirect.com, operated by Concept Sport SPRL.
Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms, without the need for a handwritten signature.
Article 2: Acceptance of terms
The consumer acknowledges:
- having the legal capacity to contract,
- having read and accepted these terms when validating their order.
Article 3: Products
- The products are presented with their essential characteristics.
- Photos and descriptions are not contractually binding.
- Offers are valid while stocks last. In case of stock error, the customer will be informed and refunded or a credit note will be offered.
Article 4: Prices
- Prices are indicated in euros, VAT included.
- Delivery costs are added before order validation.
- Prices may be modified at any time but remain fixed after order confirmation.
- Full payment is required at the time of ordering (no deposit).
Article 5: Order & Confirmation
Any order is confirmed by email. The computerized records of the site constitute proof of transactions.
Article 6: Payment
Accepted payment methods:
- Bank transfer (order validated after receipt of payment).
Article 7: Delivery
- Delivery to the address indicated by the customer.
- In case of anomaly (damaged parcel, missing product…), the customer must note reservations on the delivery slip and confirm by registered mail to the carrier within 2 days, with a copy to Concept Sport SPRL.
Article 8: Withdrawal
- The customer has a legal period of 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.
- Returns must be made at the customer's expense, in the original packaging, complete and in perfect condition.
- No return will be accepted without a return number validated via the site.
- Refund within 14 days by bank transfer only.
Article 9: Warranty
- The products benefit from the legal warranty against hidden defects.
- In case of defect, only the manufacturer's liability may be engaged.
- Bicycles are guaranteed for 2 years and must be assembled by an approved professional.
Article 10: Personal data
The data collected is used only for order processing and communication (newsletter).
In accordance with the law, the customer may request access, correction or deletion of their data via info@factorybikedirect.com.
Article 11: Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law.
In the event of a dispute, the consumer will first contact Concept Sport SPRL to seek an amicable solution.
Failing that, jurisdiction is assigned to the courts of Neufchâteau.
